Ireland
Free delivery on orders over €100.
Orders under that value incur a standard delivery charge.We offer our shipping with An Post. Shipping methods and costs will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping

Tracking Your Order
If tracked postage is selected, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with you to help resolve the issue promptly with An Post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Great care has been taken to ensure a true representation of each of the items featured online. However, as our items are individually made, slight variations in colour and design may occur.
Refund/Exchange
We are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note, this does not include commissioned bespoke pieces or personalised gifts, where we are unable to offer a refund.
Cancellation of order
We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch. However, on commissioned or personalised pieces, once an order has been confirmed we regret we are unable to accept a cancellation.
Refund method
Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shipping charge. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.
Please Note - any shortages/damages must be notified immediately on receipt of parcel.
